– Claire Clark, Director of Development at Sauce.

Hey Claire, tell us a bit about yourself and what you do.

I am a Chartered Engineer and former Software Engineer who facilitates the positive growth and development of the Sauce team (a C4DI based software development company).

I implement industry best practice and standards to our way of working, whilst overseeing the successful development and delivery of a range of interesting projects, along with the development of products. I also work with new and established large multinational organisations across the full product life cycle of multiple complex projects at the same time.

I also coach and support agile development teams and clients, implementing positive change and structures, thus leading to improved ways of working and growth of the teams.

What are your hobbies outside of work?

Learning and going on holidays.

Why did you join C4DI?

I joined Sauce in May 2018, because they have a great team and the culture appealed to me. Sauce is based at C4DI that provides excellent facilities and a supportive talented community.

Tell us an interesting fact about yourself that not many people would know.

I used to play football for Hull City.

If you could have any superpower, what would it be?

The ability to make a positive change to anything for everyone.
