We always love to see our members making the most of what C4DI and the wider @TheDock campus have to offer — and Rubicon’s recent Wellbeing Day was the perfect example of just that.
Kicking things off on the @TheDock Amphitheatre, the Rubicon team embraced a peaceful start to their day with a calming outdoor yoga session led by the brilliant Anne-Marie. Set against the backdrop of Hull’s waterfront, it was a refreshing way to take a break from screens, stretch out the desk tension, and connect with the present moment.
From there, the team took a short walk down Humber Street to continue the day with a high-energy circuit session at TC60, led by Joel Shortland, whose sessions are known for getting people moving and motivated. It was a great way to reset and re-energise together as a team.
They wrapped up the day with a relaxed evening together — a valuable opportunity to pause, reflect, and reconnect as a team.
It’s always fantastic to see our members actively prioritising wellbeing and making the most of the spaces and partnerships around them. Huge shoutout to Rubicon and TC60 for reminding us how valuable these moments of movement, mindfulness, and team bonding can be.
Here’s to more days like this — where health, happiness, and community come first.
