C4DI Secures Funds to Help Businesses Grow

We’ll be telling members a little more about it over the coming weeks, but C4DI has secured access to some funds to help local digital and tech businesses start up, develop and grow.  The funds can help member businesses across a range of activities such as :

  • Management/leadership support

  • Developing a business plan

  • Corporate and social responsibility

  • Access to new supply chains and markets including new International markets

  • Marketing

  • Innovation and commercialisation of R&D

  • Process Improvement, quality assurance

  • Access to finance support

  • Direct loans and financial instruments

  • Resource efficiency and environment management

The funds can be used either to contribute towards costs for specialist external resource such as accountants, lawyers, marketing experts and software developers.

In order to help you access these funds, we can help you go through a process of triaging your business to see if that problem you are trying to solve is suitable for the funding,  helping you refine a simple plan with what you expect to do with the funds, and help you broker the right sort of support, which is particularly useful if you are a non-technical business looking for technical help.

If you are a C4DI member and would like to hear more about this, then please arrange a call with Louise.

The funds have been provided through an ERDF scheme for Assisting New Start up Enterprises and Up Scaling Existing Enterprise.
