EdTech Startup Good2Learn awarded Best E-Learning Content UK 2018

Good2Learn – an edtech startup based in the C4DI has just won its first award of the year for best e-learning content UK 2018. The award was the result of a joint collaboration between Good2Learn and learners in the Grimsby Institute. Together, the group produced 30 online maths and English video tutorials for children aged between 7 and 11, with content written by qualified teachers and linked to national curriculum.

This is the second big success Good2Learn has had in just a few months – having recently been awarded a contract to provide educational content for a national foster care group – Fusion Fostering. The startup was recently interviewed by the BBC for local radio and will soon feature in BBC Humberside’s breakfast show.

Good2Learn was founded by Director and digital education specialist Paul Mandalia to help children learn Maths and English outside of school but has proven so effective that several local schools have approached him to discuss embedding the tech directly into the classroom, when the courses have been officially launched, soon after Easter.

The team are now preparing for a launch of their beta test in a few weeks (keep an eye out for updates as we’ll be releasing a code for you and your children to try the content for free).
