Finesse Internet - Showcasing the region's commercial retail opportunities

It was announced last week by the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors that demand for Commercial Property in Yorkshire and the Humber is very much on the increase, a fact that has also been recognised by C4DI members Finesse Internet.

Finesse have been working with Trinity Mirror regional newspaper titles The Hull Daily Mail, Grimsby Telegraph and Scunthorpe Telegraph to collaboratively launch the region's first dedicated Commercial Property portal, a site that will showcase the various investment opportunities within the area.

Soft launched just before Christmas, the site already features the full portfolios of several key Commercial Property agents, with Local Authorities also showing great interest in the project.

Director of Finesse Adrian Gosling said that they had greatly enjoyed being involved in the project: "We have a long, successful track record of working with a number of Trinity Mirror regional titles throughout the UK, but particularly the Hull Daily Mail and Grimsby Telegraph, so it's especially satisfying when it's not only a good project, but one which essentially reflects what are great times right now for the region in which we ourselves are based"

The Commercial Property site is part of the wider HumberBusiness.com project, that Finesse also developed, a news and events site launched last year in response to the growing number of business synergies developing between the North and South banks of the Humber.
