The Role

We are looking for a Marketing Manager. If you want to make a difference to a small team and be part of the global energy industry, we would love to hear from you. Are you a creative all-rounder? This is an exciting and key position in our small dynamic team and is an opportunity to shape the future of Frontier and be part of the global energy industry. You will be tasked with creating, owning, and delivering the marketing for our Membership, Global Summits, and Frontier Services.

This will involve;

• Leading and delivering marketing across all channels

• Working closely with sales and operations teams

• Ensure marketing underpins KPI’s and priorities

• Regularly measure marketing vs KPI’s

• Drive the Frontier marketing strategy encompassing our 3 key areas of Membership, Global Summits, and Frontier Services

• Execution and delivery of marketing plans

The role reports directly to the CEO (Chief Executive Officer) and is hybrid (part home-working part office in North Yorkshire).

Key Responsibilities

Create annual marketing strategy for Frontier for Summits, Membership and Services

• Underpin with detailed marketing plan and be responsible for execution and delivery

• Measure and track success, reporting back weekly on key statistics vs. KPI’s

• Manage a tight budget closely

• Work with stakeholders (e.g., management, design, sales, events teams) to generate compelling events marketing concepts, messaging, and outputs

• Coordinate the production of events marketing collateral

• Write compelling copy for all promotional materials

• Build and manage highly targeted events marketing lists

• Work with project teams to design best-in-class delegate journeys, from making bookings to at-event experience

• Leverage systems and drive their development to deliver against goals e.g., CRM, events booking system, marketing automation

• Produce post-event reports capturing key marketing statistics and lessons

• Support the broader team objectives, development, and relevant initiatives

Knowledge and Experience

• A strong understanding of marketing fundamentals and be up to speed with the latest marketing trends, systems, and ideas

• Experience of CRM, email, web, and social marketing

• Commercially minded, with budget management skills and a focus on delivering positive returns

• Interested in the global energy sector

Skills

• Email marketing experience – must be comfortable with email marketing systems and the data management side of email marketing

• Strong copywriting skills

• Analytical – must be able to report on performance of campaigns

• First rate communication skills; clear and concise with a focus on customers and outcomes

• Advanced MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
