Our Amazing Facilities

Our main Coworking Space - the perfect place to work and collaborate

Our main co-working space is a member-favourite. A huge room facing the Humber and The Deep, it has spectacular views and a wonderful spacious feel.

Almost like a coffee shop, it is the place to chat and work, hold meetings, meet new people and once the summer arrives, step out through the bi-fold doors onto our deck!

Enjoy free use of the printer, connect to the super-fast wifi and use the phone booths if you need a little privacy.


The Meeting Area - Perfectly configured for you and your clients

Our meeting zone is proving to be one of the most popular places in the building. We offer online meeting room booking, whether the two small rooms which seat four, or the spacious board room for up to fourteen people. As you can see we have excellent presentation facilities in the room.

The meeting zone also has slide-in booths and super-comfy sofas, making it the perfect place to meet and work. It performs brilliantly as a space for breakfast or lunch with your team. We are lucky to have the wonderful Anna and her team just outside the door at Nibble Café and so she can easily cater for your food and drinks needs.


The Theatre - State of the art AV, forty seats and great speakers

Our theatre is a unique facility and the perfect place to host your workshop or training session*. We also use it on a regular basis for our events. It is equipped with a drop down screen, Creston control panel with lighting options, remote microphones, full connectivity, 7.1 surround speakers and comfy sofas at the back.

*The theatre is available for a half or full day - members receive a 50% reduced rate. For more details please get in touch.


Quiet Area - the perfect place for quiet productivity and focus 

Whether you need to escape from the office and get your head down, focus on writing that critical pitch, or just need space to think and plan, our quiet zone is for you.
