Full Stack Developer

We’re looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic full stack developer to join our team to work on at a social media risk management company and become a key part of an exciting, growing business.

You’ll be working alongside the company Directors, Existing Back & Front End Developers.

Working with our team to develop our new service sites and tech, manage the backend of our existing sites.

We are a rapidly growing company and our ideal candidate will play a important role in the creation of our in-house tech capability - shaping the team and contributing to dev practice.

Job purpose:

  • To support us by ensuring that our online presence and in-house tech is well designed and managed at all times.

  • To assist the company in the development of new services by developing and refining additional web sites.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

  • Improving on existing CMS / investigate and propose alternatives

  • Dealing with suppliers (e.g. hosting and IT)

  • Leading senior management on development of new site and tech projects

  • Training staff on site / tech usage when required

  • Ability to communicate technical progress and challenges effectively

  • Responding to problems as required

  • Upholding our company ethos in all of the duties that you undertake

Person Specification:

  • Good knowledge of and experience with Word Press, HTM,CSS, Javascript, PHP, SQL, C+, Git

  • Experience with build systems and CI/CD would be a plus

  • Excellent project management skills

  • Very well organised with the ability to work to deadlines

  • Self-disciplined and diligent

  • Experience creating user experience-based design

  • Strong team working skills

  • Enjoys challenges and having to create new solutions

Salary: £50,000.00 to £60,000.00 /year
