Humberside Fire and Rescue Service is seeking to recruit an enthusiastic, self-motivated ICT Technician to join its ICT Unit, delivering a high quality support to users.
The role will require a flexible person with a ‘can-do’ attitude, assisting end users with hardware and software problems in person, by telephone or email. Candidates should have proven ICT experience and an ITIL background/qualification would be a bonus.
As good with people as you are technical, you pride yourself on delivering first-class customer care. It is also important that you are confident in managing your own workload and have a calm, collected work approach, even when things get busy.
