We are looking for a passionate and professional telemarketing executive to join our business development team, during an exciting stage of growth for the company.
You will be a confident, articulate professional, who must be able initiate sales opportunities by presenting our growing portfolio of products predominantly by telephone.
This permanent, full time role offers the opportunity of working in a friendly & state of the art office or a home-based environment. As well as an excellent salary we provide a market leading commission package with uncapped earning potential.
Essential Skills, Experience & Key Responsibilities
* Sales/Telesales experience, with a proven track record of achievements in a sales role, ideally within IT Solutions.
* Excellent communication and persuasion skills and ability to engage in a professional and confident manner at decision making level
* Ability to generate qualified leads and appointments
* You will be target driven, a high achiever and have the ability to work on your own initiative with a desire to succeed within a team structure
* Excel at managing multiple tasks at once and perform in a high energy, fast paced environment
* Previous experience of using a CRM application to track and manage prospects & follow up
* Have the ability to learn quickly and keep up with changes in technology and to demonstrate an understanding of IT@Spectrum & our portfolio of products and services.
